Is there a way you could monitor TWS 8.x , 9.x Agents . We have challenge monitoring agents/FTAs during the JNEXTDAY . We receive a false alarm, e-mails on it as it works based on LINK status. Please suggest with solution on it.
ReplyDeleteMonitoring link status is a good practice, to avoid unnecessary notifications during SwitchPlan you can see if your monitoring tool allow you to implement one of the following strategies:
Delete1) Do not send a notification if the unlink happen in the time window when SwitchPlan usually runs
2) send a notification only if the agent stays unlinked for more than 5/10 minutes

I am using Tivoli Workload Scheduler for z/OS V9R1M0. I am wanting to know if we can schedule an application to run every 5 minutes? I am only seeing where an application can be scheduled on a daily, etc. basis.
